In 2009 Panathinaikos' team was very young with many of their playing representation born in 1993 or even 1994. In their group matches the green and whites of Athens suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Honvéd but recovered slightly in the next game to only lose 2-1 against Real Madrid.
This year head coach Juan-Ramon Rotsa has brought with him eight of those players from last year's matches at Felcsút and Székesfehérvár with Nikolaos-Iakovos Giannitsanis also having played against Puskás Akadémia Fehérvár in the 5th/6th place play-off match last year. In this edition of the Cup the teams have been drawn to meet in the group stage and this time round we hope we'll be luckier against the young team from Greece!

We've already had the chance to watch these footballers last year and, what is more, Andreopoulos even scored a goal against the host team, the Puskás Academy.
