Honvéd coach, Tibor Varga aims good games in PUSKÁS-SUZUKI CUP

"It will be more difficult than last year!"

12th April 2011.

He would rather having a free day during the group stage, but Tibor Varga not so sad anymore. As for his players improvement he founds useful to qualify with Hagi Academia and Panathinaikos. Honvéd has the chance to experience foreign football cultures.

Certainly I can say that we will have an even more difficult task than last year. We must take to the pitch on both Friday and Saturday so we don't have time to map out our plans for the opposition and it would have been good to assess them if we could. But it's not a problem; we will solve this issue. Certainly both foreign teams are strong. We played Panathinaikos last year in the final and we don't know too much about the Hagi Academy but we respect the results and the credibility of Romanian football - told puskassuzukicup.net Tibor Varga and also answered the question about the most valuable, talented Honvéd players.

"Our national team representatives at youth level; Péter Szilvási, Aurél Farkas, Attila Lőrinczi, Dániel Prosszer and Péter Kavacs, will all be in contention for starting positions and we know we can achieve a lot; with the whole team concentrating we are looking forward to some good matches."

What is the major goals in PUSKÁS-SUZUKI CUP? "Naturally our aim is to win the tournament! I trust us to achieve the most we can and I hope this will be enough to win the PUSKÁS-SUZUKI CUP!"
