What do you remember of your PUSKÁS-SUZUKI CUP matches?
Last year's tournament was my biggest success since I started playing football. I was able to play against superb teams and the organisation was brilliant. Honvéd won and I became the top goalscorer. It was like in 2004 at a tournament in Holland when I won the Golden Boot and similar to 2006 in Slovakia when I was chosen as the best player at a tournament there, but I remember the PUSKÁS-SUZUKI CUP with the fondest memories... the opponents in Felcsút were more famous!
And in three matches you scored four goals!
That's not the only important thing! The atmosphere, the organisation, the teams... it was a truly professional tournament.
Which of your goals do you remember most fondly?
I like the free-kick against Milan... but the other goals were also really important and (I remember) how we played so well.
What's your opinion of the draw? Honvéd will start against Panathinaikos!
They like to play-act, to play for the decision when a foul has been committed against them. They played quicker, harder football, but one can see in the result how successfully we matched their tempo.
And the Hagi Academy?
I don't know them, just I know how technical and strong they play their football.
And Honvéd?
A great chance of victory in the end! This group of footballers is strong and I think they can play in the final again.
Who is the Kapacina of the Honvéd team this time? Who can you recommend for the supporters to look out for?
It's very difficult for me to pick out anyone because I'm on good terms with all of them and we have many talented players. Perhaps if I were to pick from anyone it would be the centre-back Péter Szilvási who was magnificent last year and the striker Attila Lőrinczy.
If you're not travelling away with one of the other Honvéd teams will you visit Felcsút and Székesfehérvár this time?
Of course; I'm already looking forward to it very much. Last year I played, the year before that I supported Roland Vólent and the others in their win against Real Madrid. This year it will be as part of the Honvéd supporters group!
